These Terms govern your access to and use of Sextronica After Dark — the late-night mixshow, its website, streams, shop, and communications.
By accessing the site, playing the mixshow, subscribing to alerts, or purchasing from the shop (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The mixshow, mixes, audio, video, artwork, and branding are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not record, rebroadcast, resell, or create derivative commercial works from them without written permission. All rights remain with the operator and its licensors.
If you opt in to alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Sextronica After Dark. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to messaging is not a condition of any purchase.
You agree not to use the Services to break any law or third-party right, to disrupt or attack the site, to scrape or harvest content, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for violations.
If you send us content (a message, request, or media), you grant RMG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote the Services. You confirm you have the rights to share it.
The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
